Paws LV was founded in 2009 by James Hubert and Jennifer Luczak as a response to the economic crisis in Las Vegas and related fall out of pets being abandoned in their own foreclosed homes. In our 11 years of existence as 501(c)3 non profit organization, we have raised funds via our cherished donor network that supports our core mission. Every dollar raised directly impacts our mission. Our organization is 100% fully volunteer based.
